Transparency Charter

Wengo, operated by the company MyBestPro, provides an online platform that facilitates connections between experts and clients in various fields such as clairvoyance, coaching, well-being, and psychology.

In accordance with applicable regulations, Wengo has implemented this Transparency Charter to enhance the clarity and understanding of the services offered on the platform.

This charter complements our General Terms of Use (GTU), which you can view here: General Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, available here: Privacy Policy.

1. Selection of Experts

At Wengo, we ensure that the experts registered on our platform are qualified and capable of providing quality services. Although Wengo does not intervene in the delivery of services and has no subordination relationship with the experts, we apply a rigorous process before their registration on the platform.

Here are the necessary steps to become an expert on Wengo:

Creation of the Service Profile:

Upon registration, experts must create a service profile detailing their area of expertise, skills, and the services they wish to offer.

This profile allows for a clear presentation of services to clients and ensures they meet the platform's standards.

Quality Test with a Wengo Collaborator:

Before being registered on the platform, experts must demonstrate their ability to provide quality service by passing a test with a Wengo collaborator.

This test evaluates their professionalism, ability to meet client expectations, and adherence to ethical rules.

Verification of Administrative and Legal Information (KYC):

Experts must provide official documents to validate their identity and legal compliance, including:

  • A valid identity document.
  • A SIREN number or equivalent tax number for experts outside France.
  • A bank statement.

This step ensures that experts comply with current legal and tax obligations.

Limitation of the Number of Experts:

To ensure the proper functioning of the platform, Wengo limits the number of registered experts based on several factors, including:

  • The number of clients using the platform.
  • The volume of transactions requested by clients.
  • Wengo's ability to respond to requests via the User Service.
  • Technical constraints related to platform administration.

Before being listed, any new expert must demonstrate their ability to provide quality service. Wengo reserves the right to refuse a registration.

Independence of Experts:

Experts registered on Wengo operate completely independently. They freely set their commercial conditions (rates, schedules, etc.) and are solely responsible for the services they provide. Wengo acts only as a technical intermediary, providing a platform for connecting experts and clients.

2. Display of Experts

On Wengo, experts are displayed on the platform based on several objective criteria, allowing clients to easily find the expert that meets their needs.

Criteria for Ranking Experts:

Experts may appear in different carousels, pages, or sections of the platform, based on the following criteria:

  • Real-time availability: Experts available immediately are prioritized in certain rankings or carousels.
  • Satisfaction rate: Calculated from reviews and ratings left by clients, this criterion reflects the quality of services provided by the expert and may influence their position in certain rankings.
  • Seniority on the platform: Experts registered for a longer time may be highlighted in specific rankings, such as "Experienced Experts".
  • New experts: Newly registered experts benefit from temporary promotion to help them become known to clients.
  • Specialization and themes: Experts are ranked by specialty (e.g., clairvoyance, mediumship, spiritual guidance, coaching) and by theme (e.g., love, professional life, personal development).
  • Promotional offers and rates: Experts offering promotional offers or discounted consultations may be highlighted in dedicated sections.

Sorting Options and Filters Available to Clients:

Clients can refine their search using filters and sorting options, including:

  • Consultation channels: Clients can choose experts offering consultations by phone, chat, video, or email.
  • Specialties and themes: Clients can search for experts based on their specialty or the themes addressed.
  • Rates: Clients can sort experts based on their rates or available promotional offers.

Specific Rankings and Carousels:

Wengo offers several carousels and dedicated pages to highlight experts according to specific criteria, such as:

  • Top 10: The most requested experts over the last 15 days.
  • Highest rated: Experts with the highest satisfaction rates.
  • Experienced experts: Experts registered the longest on the platform.
  • Your favorite experts: Experts already consulted by the client.
  • New experts: Experts recently registered on the platform.

Neutrality and Independence of Ranking:

The ranking of experts is entirely independent of any financial or capitalistic ties. Experts cannot pay to influence their position in search results.

3. Client Reviews and Evaluations

At Wengo, we firmly believe in transparency and authenticity. Reviews left by clients play a crucial role in helping users choose an expert and allowing experts to improve their services.

3.1. Who Can Leave a Review?

Only clients who have consulted an expert for at least 5 minutes (excluding free periods) can evaluate a consultation. This rule ensures that all reviews are based on real and authentic experiences.

In addition, clients who have had at least three consultations in a month can award their 'favorite of the month' to the expert who impressed them the most.

3.2. How Are Reviews Collected?

After each consultation, clients receive an invitation by email and via their private messaging on the platform to share their experience.

Clients can evaluate their consultation by giving their overall impression (very satisfied, satisfied, neutral, or not satisfied) and by leaving a detailed comment.

Clients have up to 15 days after the consultation to leave their review.

At the beginning of each month, every client who had at least three consultations in the previous month can award their 'favorite of the month' from their client account.

3.3. How Are Reviews Moderated?

Reviews are automatically published on the profile of the concerned expert.

Wengo does not modify reviews, except in cases where inappropriate content is reported (e.g., defamatory, offensive, or content that violates platform rules).

Experts have the opportunity to respond to reviews to provide additional details or clarifications.

3.4. Where and How Long Are Reviews Published?

Reviews are displayed on the profile of the concerned expert, accompanied by the average rating given.

Reviews remain published as long as the expert is active on the platform.

If a client decides to delete their account, the reviews they have left will no longer be publicly displayed on the expert’s profile. However, these reviews will still be taken into account in the calculation of the expert’s average rating.

3.5. How Is the Recommendation Index Calculated?

The recommendation index, displayed on each expert's profile, provides an idea of the overall client satisfaction and the likelihood that they would recommend the expert.

Here is how it is calculated:

(2*favorites + 1.5*very satisfied reviews + satisfied reviews - 0.5*negative reviews) / (2*favorites + 1.5*very satisfied reviews + satisfied reviews + negative reviews)

Why is this system important?

Reviews help clients make informed decisions by consulting feedback from other users.

The monthly 'favorite' reflects a high level of satisfaction and trust in an expert.

The recommendation index combines these elements to provide an overall view of client satisfaction.
